To the future ancestors and matriarchs we are becoming:
I'm here to walk alongside you as you uncover the medicine only you can share, planting seeds for our voices to weave through time and space.
We are the medicine we've been waiting for. Creation is our birthright.
For the ones who know being ready is a choice
For the holistic leaders, visionaries, creatives, coaches, therapists, and practitioners who have been patiently waiting and now know the time is here.
The ones rooted in abundance, pleasure, and joy, while feeling the full weight of our world's pain and injustice, because true creation must move through it all.
The ones building a new wealth identity so we can co-create regenerative economic systems, generating the resources that sustain our visions while decolonizing how we do business.
The ones freeing ourselves from oppressive systems while working toward collective liberation. Cultivating nourishing partnerships without sacrificing ourselves or our work.
The ones committed to forgiveness and to higher standards. Here to be the women we know we are, without bypassing the flaws, harms, and mistakes we all carry.
The ones already sharing something unique and important, leaving a legacy for generations to come, not just for views and clicks.
Who I am
Hi, I'm Nathali Arostegui.
De-colonial Mentor and Medicine Weaver.
I support experienced practitioners, healers, coaches, therapists, and creatives in developing and leading a body of work that is uniquely and unapologetically theirs, without sacrificing authenticity, integrity, or financial sustainability. Where their medicine can blossom into the mission and legacy it was always meant to serve.
Instead of compromising your values or beating yourself up about why you still haven't figured IT out, I show you how to integrate all the wisdom and vision you already carry so your voice can lead our industries into a new paradigm for understanding medicine altogether.
I do that by guiding you through my Rooted Medicine Framework, the Rooted Medicine Framework, 6 roots of medicine: Ancestral Reconnection, Understanding Systems, Body Wellness, Leadership, Education, and Resources, woven together over many years of navigating the colonial wellness models we're all swimming in, with the intention of liberating us from the deeper programs we've inherited and continue to perpetuate.
No more doubting who you are or what you're here to share. Finally claiming the place your ancestors carved out for you, while nourishing yourself and your financial goals.
I come from a lineage of medicine weavers, community bridgebuilders, and matriarchs. From a very young age, I was immersed in holistic healing as a way of life.
Bodywork, plants, energy work, and spiritual navigation were simply how my family moved through the world.
At 3, my family immigrated to Canada as refugees with nothing in our pockets. That story of resilience has guided me ever since. By 17, my home had fallen apart, and I spent over a decade navigating depression, anxiety, and addiction while fending largely for myself on lands that were familiar but without the family anchor I needed, except for the intermittent support between me and my younger sister as we found our footing together and a part.
I put myself through massage therapy school working restaurant and clinic jobs on the side, trained at Steiner Leisure, which eventually leading me to a job on a luxury cruise line. I spent time inside corporate wellness and sales environments, including two years at a Honda dealership where I worked my way up from customer service to coordinating across departments. I learned the full mechanics of how mainstream systems sell and manage people from the inside, and that inside knowledge of how these systems operate is part of what makes my perspective on this industry distinct. That fluency has never left me.
In 2013, I began a season of my life I no longer hide from: working as a sex worker, surviving assault, and burning out completely from living a double life. In 2014, I had a full nervous breakdown and was hospitalized. That year was the end of everything I'd been holding together and the beginning of everything I actually am.
I returned to my birth lands, Costa Rica, in 2015 and embarked on a deep healing journey: conventional therapy and medications alongside plant medicine, ceremony, body and energy work, and an Ibogaine rehab centre where I offered massage to clients healing from severe addiction while healing from my own. I moved into a Kundalini Yoga Ashram while navigating early motherhood and an interracial partnership both of us were guided towards in order to heal deep intergenerational wounds.
Over the years that followed I trained formally in Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry program, and was part of the community that influenced its expansion to a 2-year certification program. I co-facilitated anti-oppression focus groups and hosted 2SBIPOC leadership spaces.
My sexological bodywork training has also been an inevitable part of the deeper intergenerational conditioning and remembrance I was asked to bring forth in this lifetime. As someone who has always used touch to support people through their own remembrance, my identity as an Indigenous Mestiza Latina is inextricably linked to my relationship with eros and sexuality. This is what led me to integrating this aspect of medicine into my teachings and the way I live life now.
Moving has also been a recurring and necessary part of my healing and growth. Each time I've uprooted and relocated, it has been a leap of faith, a purging, an evolution. Leaving Toronto for Vancouver Island and eventually returning to my birth lands of Costa Rica were both leaps of that kind, each one a necessary shedding and an arrival into a truer version of myself and my work.
In 2025, I made the choice I had been working toward for years: releasing my RMT license, leaving the home, friends, and community I cherished in Victoria. Not as an escape. As an arrival.
Everything I've been through has shaped the work I do. My qualifications are gifts and opportunities that helped me find my way back to who I am. But they are not my medicine. My medicine exists because it's who I am.
That's what allows me to see through the noise of this industry, not because I know more, but because I've been through it and continue to move through it alongside you.
My Story
The medicine I carry comes from living it
I've been navigating racism, sexism, patriarchy, ableism, capitalism, and colonialism as an Indigenous Mestiza woman, inside healing, spiritual, wellness, education, and business spaces that range from vaguely aware to completely blind to how these systems live within them.
Ignoring and bypassing this work will not create a true, lasting impact. But the spaces that are willing to integrate this knowledge and embodied wisdom into how they work and teach? Those are the ones that will succeed and create real, lasting change within our industries.
My work is here to show you how, with integrity.
